In 2020, we set sail on a mission: to craft a bold, high-quality rum using ingredients native to our home in Appalachia. The result? Siren’s Call Rum—a spirit as smooth as the sea and as untamed as the legends that inspired it.

Locally  Sourced Ingredients

Siren's Call Rum is a unique, small batch rum distilled in the heart of Chattanooga, TN. We use high quality blackstrap molasses, muscavado and coconut sugars, and locally sourced Tennessee sorghum to produce our one-of-a-kind "Appalachian" rum. This eclectic spirit pays homage to the distinct soil, climate, topography, and culture of Appalachia, while retaining its original Caribbean heritage.
